I do not live my life in accordance with society's standards in a lot of ways. The way I dress, the way I cut my hair… makes me stand out in a crowd at times. I also have no problem asking a waiter or a clerk not to refer to me as "Ma'am", thus revealing my non-binary gender. I know I have gotten judged in the past just because I am not a heterosexual female, but I do not pay attention to that. I have gotten spit in the face and looked at funny, but I do not pay attention to that, either. I just walk on and continue living my life. I feel like a teenager most of the time. I have been known to jump up and down and clap my hands when I find a new CARS or Minions product in a store or when a new Pixar movie gets announced.

You’re never too old! Ja, I am a card carrying member of the AARP and the more I realize it, the harder it gets sometimes. I don’t believe that my age should keep me from hanging with the younger crowd or date a 30 year old, but they see that differently….
