Requirements for Registration and Entrance to Southwest Leather Conference:

• Minimum age for entry to our event is age 21.
• You MUST register using your legal name as it appears on government-issued photo ID, such as a state driver’s license, state ID, military ID, or a passport. Upon check-in at the registration area, your ID will be checked for verification of your legal name used in your registration and proof of age.
• All attendees to Southwest Leather Conference must sign a release and waiver upon check-in at registration, again using the legal name under which you registered.

THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE REQUIREMENTS.

Early Bird (Until October 31) $99
Advance (Until December 31) $135
Standard (Until January 16) $165

Pre-Registration Closed At Midnight Phoenix Time On January 16

On-Site Registration (At the door beginning January 19^th ) $165

Day Passes And Social/Vending Passes Available

SATURDAY DAY PASS: $85. Good for any Saturday activity (except meals) including the Saturday Night Play Party.

SOCIAL/VENDING: $20. Good for access to 3rd Floor Vending and 4th Floor Hospitality Lounge for day of purchase. Both passes available during regular Registration Hours

Friday: 8:00 am - 10:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Volunteer Registration Rates
4-hour volunteer service 15% off of the current registration rate
8-hour volunteer service 30% off of the current registration rate

Southwest Leather Conference wishes to provide our attendees with plenty of opportunities for socialization and time with friends and family, therefore we offer à la carte pricing of some weekend events for guests to pick and choose from. These have limited availability.
