All ads and payment for ads must be received by midnight on December 15th, 2011. Unpaid ads will not be posted in the program. Paid ads with artwork not received by December 15th will not be reimbursed. Rather, the amount of the paid ad will be listed as a sponsorship in the Program at the level equivalent to the value of the ad.
Note: Quarter page ads are included in the Vendor Registration fee. Other ads are included in various Sponsorship packages. Purchase of an advertisement will be counted as an addition to any advertisement that is already included in Vendor and/or certain Sponsorship packages.
