Program Advertising

Advertising in the Event Program creates lasting impressions that will have your message in the hands of attendees during the conference and beyond. 

This special keepsake will be a high quality 8 ½” x 11” professionally printed creation of 500+ copies with event details, schedules and special information.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • All ads and payment for ads must be received by midnight on November 23, 2017. 
  • Files must be sized and orientated for placement.
  • Artwork for your ad may be delivered electronically in one of the following file formats: JPG or PDF. Minimum 300 dpi . Hard copy ads cannot be accepted.
  • Electronic files can be emailed as an attachment to Marketing
  • Unpaid ads will not be posted in the program.  Paid ads with artwork not received by November 23rd  will not be reimbursed.  Rather, the amount of the paid ad will be listed as a sponsorship in the Program at the level equivalent to the value of the ad.
  • Note: Quarter page ads are included in the Vendor Registration fee. Other ads are included in various Sponsorship packages.  Purchase of a separate advertisement will be counted as an addition to any advertisement that is already included in Vendor and/or certain Sponsorship packages.
  • All Advertising is subject to review by the SWLC Executive Committee

Our goodie bags will contain the Program Booklet, pocket schedule booklet, run pin, and any swag provided by you!
