Glenda Rider dates her participation in the "organized scene" back to the National Lesbian Conference held in Atlanta in 1991. Connections were made there which led to her becoming the first woman to hold an Eagle Bar title as Ms Baltimore Eagle 1992. She is retired from the Boards of Directors of the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom (NCSF) and the Leather Leadership Conference (LLC), and has received numerous awards from the leather community including the Leatherwoman Heart Award and the Pantheon of Leather Woman of the Year Award. Glenda owns Play House Studios in Baltimore, which is 4500 square feet of play space (including many different fantasy spaces) decorated with her large fetish art collection. She is also the Owner and one of the Producers of International Ms Leather which celebrates it’s 26h Year the last weekend of March 2012 in San Francisco. She is happily partnered with Christina and lives in fear of the day her Mother learns to use Google.
