The Executive Committee

Ms. Bonnie has been an active member of the local leather community for 12 years. She is married to Master Dennis. Together they have an extended family and are co-heads of the Dragon~Clan. She feels that she has been blessed with so many good people as friends and mentors and received so much from the community that she needs to try to give back in service every chance she can. She has been an instructor for the Apex Academy/Butchmanns Experience and is the Co-coordinator for the events. She has worked for numerous events and has now humbly accepted the position as Secretary on the Butchmanns Board of Directors.

Joseph has been actively involved in the Phoenix Gay Community for the last 17 years and active in the Leather Community for the last 9. He co- founded Phoenix College’s LGBT organization, was one of the founders and twice past president of the Phoenix boys of Leather, a member of the Arizona Power Exchange, Mama’s Family, a past Emperor of the Imperial Court of Arizona and serves on the International Court Council. Joseph is extremely active in his community, organizing and participating in events too numerous to list here. He spends his work days as the Manager of Operations and Creatives for staff development for a fast growing company with over 15,000 employees. He believes if you’re not having fun, you’re just not doing it right.

With over 30 years of experience at a Fortune 50 company in corporate America, slave tina is well versed in business practices and has exemplary international and inter-relational liaison skills. Now retired, she is pleased to offer her knowledge and talent to Southwest Leather Conference.

Since fully embracing the lifestyle, slave tina finds that she is continually shifting and growing in her skills and her identity. She is a member of the Phoenix chapter of Masters And slaves Together (MAsT), a former APEX Monday night minion, Programming Committee member, and member of the Board of Directors. She has volunteered her services as lead Greeter Coordinator for the 2009 Southwest Leather Conference, worked registration in 2010 and 2011, and is a member of the Dance of Souls piercing team. Slave tina also volunteers her time as Registrar and acting Accounting Team Lead for Butchmanns Experience. Attending lifestyle workshops and conferences is one way she further refines her skills and contributes her time as a volunteer.
 

slave alena girl has been a member of the local leather community for 13 years and a member of APEX, PALS, AZ girls of Leather, and secretary for MAsT Phoenix. She is owned property and has been in service to Master Bleu Sadist for the past 6 years as his slave and devoted wife. She states she has been blessed with many wonderful friends in the lifestyle community who have helped her to grow on her personal journey for an authentic, healthy and balanced life grounded in values, spiced with leather and kink. slave alena girl is happiest when performing service and has proven valuable in the organization and management of service delivery and providing leadership for large projects in her area of professional expertise. She is very grateful to have the opportunity to serve on the Executive Committee for SWLC.
 

Elegant began her leather journey in Dallas, Texas in 1997 and has been an active part of the Atlanta community since moving in 2001. She does not like being identified with a single label, as her identity is a blending of her life. She is slave to Master Archer, mother to two teens, PTA volunteer, leather crafter, bootblack, and co-owner of Fantasies In Leather and TLC Leather Care. Elegant is a member of NLA-I, Marketing Chair for Southwest Leather Conference, past Publicity & Marketing Chair for SouthEast LeatherFest (2004-2007), Founding Member of the Bootblack Brigade, producer of Boot Camp Atlanta, co-producer of Submissive Journey Weekend and creator/co-Producer of Twisted Toyland Atlanta. Her experiences have led her to judging opportunities at International Community Bootblack competition, Southwest Bootblack competition, South East Master/slave contest and other leather contests. Elegant had the honor of being selected as Southeast Bootblack 2005 at Together In Leather and 1st Runner-Up at International Community Bootblack 2005. She is Mama’s Elegant Bootblack

Bootblacking and leather care are Elegant’s passions. She considers them services of love and an art form in which to express herself. She has a kinky adoration for extreme clothespin play, hooks and needles, deep impact opportunities and all things flaming and has led education classes on techniques and workshops of the mind with Master Archer. Her dedication to the community and specifically in spreading a positive awareness of D/s~S/m is a never-ending path to understanding her own life
