Dr. Evil (boi) and Julie Spanks

Dr. Evil is a graduate of the Journeyman Academy and has been an instructor in the kink community for many years. Julie Spanks is the current President of the Portland Leather Alliance (producer of KINKFEST) , a professional dominatrix and partner/bottom to Dr. Evil.
