Master Z of Texas is a well-known Dominant, Presenter and Leader in the Leather and BDSm scene. He is the International Master 2004 and travels all over the United States and Canada making presentations on the Master/slave-Leather lifestyle and BDSm technique. He has also served as a popular Keynote Speaker and Emcee for a number of events. He is the Owner of slave bill and slave kiki.

Master Z is Chairman and President of the Board of Directors for Butchmanns, Inc. and currently is the Director and Instructor for the Butchmanns Weekend Experience. He is the Producer and HeadMaster for boys Training Camps and Co-Producer of Masters Retreat.

In 2010, Master Z was the recipient of the Leather SINS, Inc., President’s Award. He was the recipient of the “Masters Heart Award” in 2006 and the “Leatherman’s Heart Award” in 2004. He is one of the Head of Household for the Texas Leather Tribe; a Leather family he shares responsibility for with his wonderful Leather Brothers, Master Roy and Master Glen.

Master Z is eternally grateful to his mentors, the late Master Dean Walradt and the late boy Patrick Chees, who taught him much of the Leather protocols and rituals that he cherishes today. Master Z is certain that his Leather Journey and BDSm experiences are directly related to his Spiritual Path.

Skip Chasey, a/k/a Master Skip, heads a family of spiritually grounded leatherfolk in the City of Angels, where he is a practicing spiritual director and certified Grief Recovery ™ counselor and also earns a living as a missionary among the savages of Hollywood. As an out and proud leatherman, Master Skip addressed a crowd of nearly one million people at the Millennium March on Washington, and since then he has given ten keynote addresses and presented nearly 200 programs on the spiritual dynamics of SM and D/s relationships at noteworthy leather events throughout the US and Canada.

From 2001-2007 Master Skip was a core instructor for the Butchmanns Experience, a periodic weekend retreat that offers opportunities for profound personal growth to leathermen and women of all sexual orientations and identities. He is a co-founder of People of Leather Among You (“ PLAY” ), a now-defunct social and educational group for Southern California men and women interested in the integration of spirituality and leather/fetish sexuality, and for six years he was a co-producer of Southwest Leather Conference, “ The Leather Family Gathering of Heart and Spirit.” Master Skip presently serves on the Theologies Team for Metropolitan Community Churches and on the board of directors for Butchmanns, Inc., a non-profit educational organization dedicated to self-actualization through the mindful use of physical practices and the conscious exchange of personal power for spiritual awareness.

Master Skip and his pup Tim are the subjects of the award-winning documentary film “ Pup” and have been profiled in “ Nerve.com” magazine and “ Power Exchange” magazine; he and his slave Rick are two of the subjects of “ Ask the Man Who Owns him” , a book about gay male Master/slave relationships written by david stein that received the NLA’ s 2010 non-fiction literary award. He is a past recipient of the Lee Montague Memorial Award for Outstanding Community Service from Avatar Club Los Angeles, was named “ Best Trainer” at the 2002 International Puppy Contest, received the 2005 Pantheon of Leather Community Choice Award, and was honored with the Master Heart Award at the 2008 Master/slave Conference.

He is an advocate of searching within and finding peace. He encourages regular meditation and making a commitment to training and practice.

Ms. Bonnie has been an active member of the local leather community for 12 years. She is married to Master Dennis. Together they have an extended family and are co-heads of the Dragon~Clan. She feels that she has been blessed with so many good people as friends and mentors and received so much from the community that she needs to try to give back in service every chance she can. She has been an instructor for the Apex Academy/Butchmanns Experience and is the Co-coordinator for the events. She has worked for numerous events and has now humbly accepted the position as Secretary on the Butchmanns Board of Directors.

slave ed is both proud and humbled to be on the board of Butchmanns, Inc. his personal mission is to continue on his path and learn in order to be of service to the leather community that has become his home.

Master Bert considers himself an SM lifer, having built his first wooden stocks in 1954 (courtesy of the Cub Scouts) and started exploring out of the SM closet in 1978. Professionally he has roles as an electronic engineer, a software designer and entrepreneur, a motion picture editor, a sexologist , and a college professor.

Bert has a passion for kinky relationships and community. Bert’s Ph.D. dissertation is: “Partner Selection, Power Dynamics, and Sexual Bargaining in Self-Defined BDSM Couples.” He is a founder of the Arizona Power Exchange in 1988. He is the Butchmanns Board liaison to MAsT International, and a member of the Executive Committee for the Butchmanns Experience weekends. Bert holds the titles of Mr. APEX 1991-1992, Southwest Master 2003, and International Master 2003.

Kirk has been in service to Master Steve and a trainer at Butchmanns SM Academy (and now its successor, the APEX Academy) since 1999. his specialty has been as a flogging coach, bringing heart and spirit to SM.

Master Bob Blount, Northwest Master 2006, calls the Portland and Willamette Valley kink communities home and is an active member of Butchmanns Experience Faculty, Portland Leather Alliance, MasT: PNW, Portland Dom’s Group, Dungeon Monitors Association, and the South Valley BDSM Group. He currently serves as the Deputy Director of MAsT International and is the Butchmanns Board of Directors liaison to MAsT International. In his professional life he runs his own personal motivation business, Solution Mentoring and is a certified life coach specializing in relationship and personal growth issues.

In and out of the leather community he is passionate about helping others to live more joyful and fully authentic lives, and has established and organized fun and supportive environments for his community, moderated and facilitated discussion groups, mediated conflicts, participated on panels, and presented interactive workshops on various topics ranging from M/s dynamics to S/M technique and “Conversations on Spirituality and Sexuality” for both the kink and vanilla communities. While he understands that being out is a luxury not everyone can afford he feels fortunate to be able to choose this path for himself and his slave because he feels modeling wholeness by telling the truth about who and what we are, despite the perceived risks, is an act of authentic leadership to which he aspires. It is his hope to honor both our unique differences and our shared common experience, building bridges of understanding both within the local leather communities and his larger circles of influence

Ms Kendra hails from Indianapolis, Indiana. A transplant from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, she has spent her entire adult life in the leather community. Having received several degrees over the years, she is currently working on her MBA. She is the co-founder and Executive Director of the Great Lakes Leather Alliance, which is a once a year event held in Indianapolis, Indiana that gives the community a weekend filled with leather contests, workshops, socials, and an on-site dungeon. Ms Kendra owns slave garrett who has been an owned slave for almost thirty years. Ms Kendra has received the Pantheon Leather Woman of the Year award as well as the Ms Leather Pride Indiana 2006 and the Indiana Ms Olympus Leather 2000 titles. Working with contests and titleholders keeps her busy as she travels around the country with the Great Lakes contestants as they compete at International contests as well as continuing to encourage leather folk to step up and represent their states in contests in the Great Lakes region.
Having come from a very religious background and having a father who is now a retired minister has had an impact on her desire to speak at events and conduct workshops. She has done numerous workshops that included how to find a Master or a slave, how to be the best Master or slave you can be, building communities to work together, how to find good contestants and keep them, anal fisting, flogging, fire play, caning, bondage, wax play, water sports, anal toys, how to shop for the best toys, how to work with people from different communities and what is it like to be a titleholder. Having been in the community since 1982 has given her many experiences and she looks forward to what the next many years will bring.
Love of animals has always been a part of her life. She has worked to raise monies for animal shelters as well as promote adoptions of animals from shelters.
International travel has been a life long dream. Ms Kendra has traveled to all the continents in the world except Antarctica. Antarctica is currently on the top of her to do list. She has traveled to numerous foreign countries and continues to add to that list every year. Traveling is a way to expand our comfort zone and enjoy people of other cultures. Ms Kendra believes that traveling is one of the world’s most pleasurable experiences. To make friends with those of other cultures expands our knowledge of acceptance of those different from us.

Wayne Brawner, from Atlanta, Ga. began his journey in Leather when he walked in the back door of Texas Drilling Company in 1985. He has been and educator and judge for many years. Wayne was an executive member of MAsT '99, Mr. Georgia Leather 2000, and Board member of Butchmanns.

He is the producer of Mr. and Ms. Georgia Leather and International Transgender contests. Wayne alone has raised over $500,000 across the USA for clubs, groups, title holders, HIV centers, underprivileged children and battered women’s shelters.
